What do I need to do during the event?

If you are already registered and have checked in in advance of the Event, just go to the voice channel of the same Event on our Discord. The link is available here on the Hub.

1. Players who are not present will be disqualified, okay?
2. In team tournaments, can I choose who I play with?
The formation of the teams will depend on the format of the Tournament.
3. What happens if the number of registered players is not sufficient?
SIf the number of registered players is not sufficient, the event will be cancelled.
4. What happens if there are excess registered players in the formation of the teams?
Players who are left over will be placed on a waiting list. If the Event needs substitutes, we will call in order of confirmation, okay? Be quick!
5. I won!!! How do I redeem the tournament prize?
Just open a ticket in our Community, in the <#pedir-ajuda> channel. The moderators will assist you!

We’ll perform a raffle to decide the participants in that tournament. The remaining players will continue in the waiting room (“Sala de Espera”). If the tournament needs a substitute player, we'll draw one from the list randomly, ok? So be on the lookout!

What happens if there are more subscribers in the team formation?

If the registered players count is not enough, the tournament will be canceled.

What happens if the number of subscribers is not enough?

If you’ve already registered and checked in previously, just go to the Discord voice channel “Sala de Espera” (Waiting room), right there on our server. Players, who aren’t present at the start of the tournament will be declassified, ok?
